ComuNET offers assistance and support for all clients of it’s applications and on-line courses, and we aim to guarantee optimum access for the client to all our resources.

The management of incidents is channelled through ComuNET’s Support Centre, within a timetable of attention to the customer agreed on with the client. This support is made over the phone, e-mail or ComuNET’s own On-line Incident Management system, which comes incorporated in all its applications and systems and which ensures immediate help for any type of incident, problem or doubt related to the use of its applications.

In addition, ComuNET assumes responsibility not only for the maintenance and support if its hosting services, but also for all the services that require installation in the client’s servers or offices.
