Profitool

ProfiTool is an application designed by ComuNET for European projects, with the aim of facilitating monitoring, coordination, expenses management, creation of activity reports and in general designed to take the worry out of European project paperwork.
The present version of ProfiTool covers all the requirements for pilot projects (Procedure B) in Leonardo da Vinci projects. However, the financial application is adaptable to the needs of any type of European project.

ProfiTool aims to make it easier not only for a Coordinator to create and start up a European project, but also for them to carry out all the monitoring and coordinating tasks during the project itself. The Coordinator has in their hands a powerful tool for following the expenses claims of all the project partners, as well as for compiling interim and final reports as required by the National Agency of each European state.

ProfiTool is available over the Internet, so that all the partners can access it remotely through the project web page or their own website. In this way, partners can send in their activities and expense claims as they occur, and they can also see the state of the budget, and project entries, if they have the relevant access. The Coordinator also has access to permanently updated information about the state of the project from each partner’s point of view, as well as their own.
