Technical Requirements

Our courses have full technical support from ComuNET’s technological support division, and we are the direct suppliers of the NETcampus e-learning platform. All the technical infrastructure like the servers, Internet connection, housing for contents and so on is given permanent support by ComuNET via its Hosting service.

Every participant will access the system and the courses from a remote computer, which must have an Internet connection via modem, RDSI, ADSL or other.

The minimum recommended system requirements for accessing the courses are the following:

Minimum memory required: 64Mb.
Processor: Pentium III.
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP or equivalents.
Graphic card
Minimum resolution of 800x600.
Internet connection via modem (56K), RDSI or higher (ensuring 4kbps access).
Internet Explorer Browser 5.5 or later, or Netscape 7.0/Mozilla 5.0 or higher.

Every student should be able to access the course via a computer and Internet connection with the above requirements.
